1. About the Artwork
I take great care in creating and presenting every piece you see on this website. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but I guarantee you will be delighted by the quality and craftsmanship of every work.
Original Paintings: Each painting is crafted with high-quality materials and finished with a protective varnish to ensure lasting beauty. Whether the frame is included as part of the artwork is clearly specified in each product description. When a frame is included, the dimensions stated refer to the total size of the framed piece. When no frame is included, the dimensions refer to the canvas or panel alone.
Fine Art Prints: All fine art prints are produced using archival-quality materials for vibrant, long-lasting colour. The dimensions stated in the product description refer to the image size only. Each print includes an additional 2 cm of white border on every side, allowing for elegant framing with a passepartout — so your print is ready to be beautifully presented the moment it arrives.

2. Prices and Payments
All prices are clearly displayed on the website.
EU Orders: Shipping within the European Union is included in the listed price. Simple as that.
Non-EU / International Orders: After your initial purchase, you will receive a second invoice reflecting the additional cost for intercontinental shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes that may apply in your country. These charges are payable by the customer. I recommend checking with your local customs office in advance so you know what to expect.
You can pay securely using the payment methods available in the shop. Once payment is confirmed, I'll get to work preparing your artwork for shipment.
3. Shipping and Packing
Shipping: I do my best to ship your artwork as quickly as possible. Please allow a reasonable processing time to ensure everything is carefully prepared and safely packed before it leaves the studio.
Packing: Every artwork is packed with the utmost care. Paintings are wrapped in protective paper, cushioned with foam corner protectors, layered in bubble wrap, and placed in a sturdy, custom-fitted box. Fine art prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective cylinders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Where possible, I reuse and recycle packing materials — so don't be surprised if your masterpiece arrives in a creatively repurposed box!
All shipments include tracking so you can follow your artwork's journey to your door.
4. Return Policy
Your satisfaction truly matters to me. Art always looks even better in person, but I understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.
Changed Your Mind?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund of the product price. Simply reach out to me via email, and we'll arrange everything. Please ensure the artwork is returned in its original, undamaged condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Please note: all shipping costs — both the original delivery and the return — are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to protect the artwork during transit.
Damaged During Transport?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately via email. Include photographs of the damage and the packaging — do not discard anything. I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Cancellation:
If you change your mind after placing an order, let me know as soon as possible. If the artwork hasn't shipped yet, cancellation is no problem at all. If it has already been dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
5. Intellectual Property
Every artwork on this website is my original creation. All rights are reserved. Please respect copyright and do not reproduce, copy, or use any images without my explicit permission.
